Occupation: Former Real Estate Agent
Kencho and Akira go way back—they were tight during their college rugby days, the kind of friends who actually meant something to each other. But life had other plans. After graduation, Kencho's real estate career took off, or at least that's what it looked like from the outside. Akira got jealous, figured his old friend had it made. What Akira didn't know was that Kencho was miserable the whole time, grinding through a job that required him to be someone he wasn't, someone he hated becoming. The ethical compromises piled up, and he just kept smiling through it.
They lost touch for a while. Then, after the zombie pandemic hits and communication gets restored, Akira manages to track him down—stuck in a love hotel in Shinjuku, trapped for three days. Akira pulls him out, and just like that, they're friends again. Kencho joins him on a road trip across Japan, chasing down dreams they'd put on a bucket list years ago.
As for who Kencho really is: he's a bit of a player with the women, but that's surface level. His real passion is stand-up comedy. His go-to material? Naked jokes—crude but apparently effective for him.
