Mugwar
Origin Name (Japanese): Maguwaaru
Mugwar was Xenotime's wealthiest resident and largest landowner. When the city's gold reserves ran dry, he forced the alchemist Nash Tringum to crystallize red water into fake Philosopher's Stones—dubbed Red Stones—that could transmute rock into gold. It was a scheme designed to attract fortune-seekers back to Xenotime and line his own pockets, despite the deaths the red water caused. When Nash balked at continuing the work, Mugwar killed him. He then manipulated Nash's sons into taking over their father's research by feigning interest in their deception.
One of Lust's marks, Mugwar eventually met his end when a cave-in collapsed on him, triggered by the mounting pressure from all that red water he'd been hoarding beneath the city.
