Iori is a young prodigy in perception art—rare enough that he's already working professionally despite still being a student and technically unlicensed. He trained in the craft from early childhood, a huge advantage in a field with such a short history, and he's been granted special exception status because of it.
He knows exactly how talented he is and isn't shy about it. Iori comes across as pretty arrogant, but there's something about his outlaw edge that people find magnetic. He's got fans, sure, but even his fellow artists seem drawn to him somehow.
