Makoto's wife, and the only man she's ever been with sexually. She's genuinely loving but pretty naive when it comes to sex—so much so that she's too self-conscious to suggest trying anything new on her own.
Despite her shyness in the bedroom, Yura's got looks and charm that draw plenty of male attention. That said, the interest she gets is mostly low-key compared to the intense devotion women throw Makoto's way. What's interesting about her is how naturally she befriends women who could reasonably be considered romantic threats; she seems to have a real gift for it. Makie Sugiyama, one of Makoto's coworkers, is basically the one exception to this—they don't get along.
Outside of her relationship, Yura's a genuine horror fan, particularly into zombie and undead movies. Back in high school, she was part of the tennis club.
