Isaku's the kind of guy who gives off major big brother energy—genuinely nice, friendly, and always ready to help. His bad luck is so potent that it actually spreads to people around him, which his poor roommate Kema Tomesaburou knows all too well.
He's been stuck with the Health Committee every single year since first grade, and he's even the chairman now—which, given the committee's notorious streak of disasters, says something about either his dedication or his complete acceptance of his fate. Despite the chaos, he's genuinely knowledgeable about medicine and takes the job seriously. He'll treat anyone who needs it, regardless of whether they're a friend or enemy, and that's earned him some unexpected allies. Zatto Konnamon, leader of the Tasogaredoki ninja team, actually considers himself indebted to Isaku after being treated by him, and he's developed a weird respect for the Health Committee because of it.
