Hikari is the second-youngest of the nine Sakurada daughters. She's best known for her idol career under the stage name Light Sakuraba, where she uses her God Hand ability to appear older on stage—a move that came after she got inspired watching fellow young idol Sachiko perform.
Her power lets her adjust the growth state of any living thing for up to 24 hours, which obviously comes in handy for her work. While her siblings are often preoccupied with the whole "becoming king" thing, Hikari's pretty clearly more invested in her idol ambitions. She doesn't seem particularly interested in the succession race.
