Adam Dudley
Adam Dudley—better known as "The Emperor"—is an American street fighter who made his mark as a Kengan competitor. He initially entered the scene representing Boss Burger during the Kengan Annihilation Tournament, but things worked out well enough that he stuck around in Japan afterward. Rather than head back home, he became an affiliated fighter in the ongoing Kengan matches, essentially making his career there.
