Mushitaro is a member of the Rats in the House of the Dead and is best known for his reality-warping ability called the Perfect Crime. Basically, he can completely erase any trace of a crime—evidence, witnesses' memories, whatever—making it impossible to prove anything ever happened. It's as straightforward and terrifying as it sounds.
He's the type who gets genuinely interested in intellectual puzzles and mysteries, though he apparently can't stand actual detectives (makes sense, given what he does). He's fastidious about appearance and will judge you for dressing sloppy, dislikes summer and thunder with equal intensity, and has an oddly specific aversion to the smell of salt.
