Quirk: Slide and Glide
Koichi's quirk is pretty straightforward—he can slide across any surface as long as he's got three points of contact, whether that's his hands and feet or some combination. It's not the flashiest ability, but he's always wanted to be a hero anyway, even knowing his power isn't particularly strong.
He never made it into hero school, though. When it came time for the entrance exam, he chose to help Kazuho Haneyama instead of sitting for it. That decision essentially closed the official path to becoming a hero, but it didn't kill his dream. Instead, he ended up working as a vigilante alongside Kazuho (who goes by Pop☆Step) and the older fighter Iwao Oguro, known as Knuckleduster. The three of them operate outside the system, doing hero work without the license or authority to back it up.
