High-leg Maou is a space alien bent on invading Earth—or rather, a parallel dimension's version of it. His whole gimmick is transforming humanity into high-leg leotard enthusiasts, which is exactly as weird as it sounds.
He usually hides behind a mask and mantle, though when he drops the disguise, you're looking at someone with striking light blue skin who could easily pass for a beautiful woman. He's got a bright red high-leg leotard and a mohawk that completes the look. He's also gay, which fans often note fits the whole aesthetic pretty perfectly.
Combat-wise, High-leg Maou relies on electric shock attacks and has surprisingly solid defensive abilities. He's tougher than he looks.
