Commander Red
Commander Red ran the Red Ribbon Army, a massive military organization that claimed to be working toward world domination. That was the public story, anyway. What nobody knew—until his right hand found out—was that Red's real endgame was way more personal: he wanted to use the Dragon Balls to wish himself taller.
When Assistant Black discovered this, he was furious. He confronted Red, pointing out that the entire army had sacrificed everything, risked their lives and resources, all for what turned out to be vanity. A height wish? That wasn't worth it. Black argued it would only lead to their downfall.
Red didn't care what Black had to say. So Black shot him in the head and took over, rebranding the whole operation as the Black Ribbon Army.
