Angela Cornwell is a dragon expert who showed up in the story by kidnapping Eco with plans to vivisect her—a plan that got shut down pretty quickly by Ash Blake. After that incident, she somehow ends up as the homeroom teacher for Ash's class, ostensibly so she can keep studying Ash and Eco. Ash and Silvia Lautreamont were not thrilled about this development, though the rest of the male students in the class definitely were.
