Setsuna's a Class 1-B student at Yuuei, and her Quirk is Autotomy—basically she can detach and control her own body parts. It's a pretty unsettling ability, which tracks with her somewhat detached personality. She tends to come across as blunt and unemotional, though there's more going on beneath that cool exterior than she usually lets on.
She's solidly capable in combat training and exercises, and her Quirk gives her some genuinely creative advantages in hero work. That said, it takes real control and tactical thinking to use something like that effectively without just relying on shock value.
