A hybrid alien creature—part Baltan, part Cicada Man—who's been lurking on Earth disguised as a regular human. The thing about this alien is that it's literally hunting other humans while dodging the S.S.P.P. It's basically living a double life, which becomes a problem pretty quick.
When Shinjirou gets sent out to deal with it, he's already wrestling with something bigger: whether he actually wants to become the Ultraman everyone expects him to be. Fighting this thing forces that internal conflict to a head.
The alien's got a nasty edge too—it rigged up some kind of illegal chainsaw-like claw weapon while hiding out on Earth, which makes it way more dangerous than your average extraterrestrial threat. It's the kind of detail that shows how it's adapted to hunting here rather than just showing up ready for a fight.
