Yuiko is the Student Council's Vice President, having previously served as President. She's best known for her thick eyebrows and her tendency to get emotional—she cries pretty easily over things. Despite holding a leadership position, she comes across as pretty childish in her behavior and personality.
She and Sayo go way back as childhood friends. She also has a bit of an admiration for the student council president over at South Middle.
