Absalom, better known as "Absalom of the Graveyard," is one of Gecko Moria's top lieutenants on Thriller Bark. He's in charge of the soldier zombie units that inhabit the ship, though his crew doesn't take him entirely seriously—they've nicknamed him "Erosalom" as a running joke about his constant perverted behavior.
What makes Absalom stand out is his strange appearance. Dr. Hogback grafted various animal parts onto his body: a lion's face, elephant hide for thick skin, and the compressed muscle mass of bears and gorillas. But his real power comes from eating the Suke Suke no Mi, the Clear Clear fruit, which lets him turn himself and anything he touches completely invisible. He weaponizes this ability by hiding a pair of bazookas on his arms, letting him fire devastating blasts that seem to come from thin air. These shots pack enough force to level trees and create massive explosions.
Like most characters in One Piece, Absalom has a signature laugh—a low, bestial growl he renders as "garurururu."
