Oars is the 900th zombie Dr. Hogback created for Gecko Moria, and he's easily one of the most significant threats the Straw Hats have faced. He's basically a massive, horned creature—bigger than your typical giant—with a legendary past: five centuries ago, he was known as "the Demon of the Frozen Land" and ruled over multiple countries and islands with an iron fist.
What makes Oars truly dangerous is that Moria implanted Luffy's shadow directly into him, turning him into the strongest zombie ever created. With access to Luffy's fighting style, Oars pulls off attacks like Gomu Gomu no Scythe and Gomu Gomu no Volcano, mimicking the rubber man's signature moves. He can't actually stretch his body on his own, but once Moria takes direct control, that changes fast.
