Hiromi Sugita
Hiromi Sugita is a third-year student at Mikoto Elementary School and classmate of Satoru. He's best known as the third victim of the serial killer.
Hiromi had a distinctly feminine appearance and an equally girly name, which made him a target for bullying. He struggled socially and wasn't particularly good at connecting with other kids—something that likely made him more vulnerable. By the time of his disappearance, he was ten years old.
