Chou Keihou is a doushi soldier stationed at Seiryuukan checkpoint fortress. Bunchuu sent him and Fu Lin to intercept Kou Hiko's escape, and in the anime they were also tasked with retrieving the two princes, Yinxiao and Yinhong.
His paopei is called Koujyu—basically a megaphone-shaped weapon that works by using sound to mess with an opponent's nervous system and paralyze them. The catch is that he has to shout his target's name for it to actually work.
