Chuu leads the Jolly Devil Six, also known as Team Rokuyukai. He's got two main fighting styles that define his approach to combat. The first is Drunken Fist—he staggers around unpredictably, which throws opponents off and lets him move faster than you'd expect. He channels his demon energy through alcohol to create the Sui Ken, basically an energy ball he hurls at enemies.
But his real passion is the Knife Edge Death Match. He plants knives in the arena floor, and both fighters put their feet on the blades. Slip off first, you lose—and the winner gets to finish the loser for good. It's brutal, but it's his favorite.
Things change when he meets a demon girl named Natsume during the Makai Tournament. He falls for her hard enough that he just automatically surrenders whenever they face off in the preliminaries. In the English dub, he's got an Australian accent.
