Kai Rintarou is an idol known for his muscly build on stage who is actually an extreme otaku chatterbox. His fear of speaking in front of his fans cultivates a stoic persona - and his mysterious air is highly adored. His fans are nicknamed "The Proteins" after his famous body.
His family is also extremely wealthy, which allows Rintaro to spend lots of money on anime figures and DVDs. They live in a mansion, and Rintaro even has a personal butler and gets driven around in a private limousine. From a young age, he was expected to take over his father's position, but one day decided to audition for F/ace and somehow actually made it in. Despite being extremely family oriented and wanting to do his best for his family, his decision to become an idol strained his relationship with his sister.
