Otto's one of the last Numbers to be created, finishing around the same time as Deed and Sette. Despite her androgynous appearance, she's definitely female. She's not much of a talker—communication doesn't come naturally to her—but that actually works in her favor with Deed, who shares her reserved nature. The two have an almost wordless understanding that runs deep. When the older Numbers aren't around, Otto steps into a leadership role for the younger generation, which tracks given how well she and Deed operate together without needing to say much.
