Mrs. Tendo was the wife of Soun and mother to Kasumi, Nabiki, and Akane. She died years before the main story, and while the cause was never revealed, her family still remembers her fondly. After her passing, Kasumi stepped up as the household's de facto mother figure, taking on most of the domestic responsibilities that came with raising her younger siblings.
