Personality: Cynical and sharp-tongued. She's got this catchphrase she loves: "I know the past, the future, people, and the world. I am an ESPer who knows everything." She's basically the type to act like she's above everyone else, and honestly, with her powers, she probably has good reason.
Relationships: She's got a running thing where she constantly teases and picks on Ii-chan, mostly just giving him grief over his personality. It's pretty much her favorite hobby.
