Saiken is the Six-Tailed Beast, most often called the Rokubi. It's sealed inside Utakata, a shinobi from the Hidden Mist Village. The beast is known for its slug-like appearance and its ability to produce corrosive bubble jutsu, which made it a formidable force when unleashed.
