Riko Hachiboshi (カプリコ / Caprico)
A deceptively young-looking operative who's climbed W.I.S.E.'s ranks to become the sixth Star Commander—though she previously held the fourth position. She runs the Biological Research Division and has earned the nickname "creator" from Miroku, largely because she's the one responsible for engineering Tavoo, those insect-like creatures that show up in Psyren. You'll catch her sketching designs for new Tavoo variants during strategy meetings.
Her most distinctive feature is the star-shaped scar marking her forehead. As for her personal life, she's openly in love with Junas.
