Tsugumi
She showed up in chapter 120 alongside her twin brother. Tsugumi basically runs the customer acquisition side of things for Migatsukidou—she's the one who brings people in so her younger brother can fix their scythes. Her methods for drumming up business are pretty unconventional, to say the least. Beyond that, she's genuinely protective of her younger brother, who's set to take over the shop eventually.
