Femitron
The commander of a cybernetic faction locked in an endless conflict with Masculimus Surprise and his forces. This war has raged since the beginning of time itself, eventually escalating to Earth—where things took a wild turn when Panty & Stocking absorbed their powers.
Not much else is known about Femitron's background or motivations beyond the basic fact that the war exists. He and his army represent one side of what seems to be a fundamental cosmic struggle, though the exact nature of the conflict remains pretty unclear. What we do know is that their arrival on Earth had major consequences, particularly for the two main characters who ended up siphoning off their abilities in the process.
