Captain of Fire Company M
The laid-back head of Fire Company M who rubs Daigo the wrong way at first—mostly because Daigo's intensity clashes hard with the captain's more relaxed approach to things. He's the kind of guy who doesn't stress the small stuff, which can seem pretty casual to someone as driven as Daigo was starting out.
