Gotou is Okegawa's third-in-command. He remains faithful to Okegawa during the school festival incident. Gotou has extremely good luck. He tries to tutor Okegawa and help him graduate, but eventually succumbs to Kawauchi's desire to keep him at school another year. Gotou tends to follow Okegawa around.
