Tall Man (Noppo in the Japanese version) is a cowboy who hangs out at the Brown Country saloon. He's notable for being completely unfazed by Launch's reputation—unlike everyone else who gets nervous at the mere mention of her name. When Launch shows up in her good-natured form, Tall Man tries to flirt with her and buys her a drink. The problem is, when she sneezes and transforms into her violent alter ego, she decks him unconscious.
He's basically a parody of the classic Western hero archetype.
