Landlady
She's a short, elderly woman with short grey hair and a lined face. Her signature look is a purple jacket worn over a yellow turtleneck, paired with sandals.
She's not exactly sentimental about her business dealings. As long as rent gets paid on time, she doesn't care who's living in her building—criminals included. This pragmatic approach changes fast when Saitama defeats some of her criminal tenants for their bounties. She's furious, and rightfully so from a landlord's perspective: those guys were her steady income. She kicks him out, keeping all the money he'd earned from the bounties for himself.
Things come to a head when she shows up to collect rent. Saitama brushes her off, saying he'll pay later. She's not having it—he's three months behind, and she gives him an ultimatum. When he then goes and takes out her paying tenants (who happen to be criminals), that's the last straw. She evicts him on the spot.
