Ichiya Suzaka runs the Tokyo branch and is basically the guy you don't want to mess with—he's got this ability called "World" that lets him do some seriously broken stuff, like fly and throw around balls of compressed gravity. Pretty overpowered in a fight.
Growing up, he had Canaria Utara around, who calls him "Icchan" and basically decided she was his older sister. They go way back.
Personality-wise, Ichiya's stubborn as they come. He cares way more than he lets on, but showing that soft side would feel like weakness to him, so he just. doesn't. His relationships with the other branch heads—especially the ones running Chiba and Kanagawa—are pretty rough. They clearly don't click.
He's also weirdly obsessive about his leaderboard ranking and score, taking it way more seriously than seems reasonable. Though it turns out there's actually a legitimate reason behind all that, which makes it less "guy's just petty" and more "guy's got baggage."
