She's a cabbit—basically a tiny rabbit-like creature—who hatched from an egg aboard the Kamidake II, Seina's ship. Seina named her himself. She's the younger sister of Ryo-Ohki and daughter of Washu, which makes sense given the family's. unusual biology.
Like her older sister, Fuku serves as the biological computer unit for the Kamidake II. She's also pretty much the ship's main power source, though her performance tends to swing wildly depending on her mood. When she's happy, the ship runs great. When she's not? Good luck.
