Name: Ueda Peanuts (a pun—say it fast and it sounds like "Who ate the Peanuts")
Ueda's a bit of an acquired taste. He shows up in Season 2 as an alumnus of PK Academy who's gotten into comedy, performing a routine that somehow lands with basically everyone in Saiki's class—except Saiki himself, who finds the whole thing pretty unbearable. The rest of them eat it up though.
