Wazukyan is a Narehate living in Ilblu and one of the Three Sages who founded the village. He can speak the Delver language fluently.
What's striking about Wazukyan is the gap between how he looks—intimidating and authoritative—and how he actually acts. He's surprisingly laid-back for someone in a leadership position. When Riko first met him at a crowded restaurant, he was just hanging out and chatting with the locals like anyone else. She gave him a formal bow as a Delver, and his response was basically "Cool, awesome!" followed by a high five. He's genuinely friendly with the other Narehate around town, greeting them casually as he moves through the village.
Back when he was human, Wazukyan came across as more serious overall, though his core personality remained recognizable. Belaf noted that he had an almost supernatural instinct—something like a "divine possession" when it came to reading situations. His hunches were uncanny; he'd make predictions that turned out right even without any real information to go on, and he apparently saw Vueko joining Ganja coming from a mile away. His crew respected and trusted him deeply as their leader, which speaks to how reliable those instincts actually were.
