Hikaru Shibusawa is a character in Ikebukuro West Gate Park. She is the best friend of Rika Nakamura. Hikaru is the more innocent-seeming of the two, although she hides a horribly tragic past and a terrifying secret. She also has a not so subtle crush on Makoto and get nervous when around him.
