Usagi is a sharpshooter assigned to the 35th Test Platoon—and a genuinely talented one, despite her issues. She comes from money, which you can tell immediately from how she talks and carries herself. The upper-class background is pretty obvious.
What's less obvious is how much she feels everything. Emotions play across her face constantly, and they affect her performance in real ways. She struggles badly with stage fright, the kind that doesn't just make you nervous—it actively tanks her performance and causes serious operational problems. It's her biggest weakness as a soldier.
She's got this signature hair accessory that looks like rabbit ears, which is cute enough, but the rest of the platoon never lets her forget about it. She gets teased relentlessly, which probably doesn't help with the anxiety issues.
