Dholaki was W.I.S.E.'s first revealed member and heads their Border Security Division. He's instantly recognizable by his long silvery hair, heavy long coat with an oversized collar, and a bird-like visor covering his upper face that resembles Nemesis Q's design.
Pride is his defining trait. After Ageha defeated him with "Melchsee's Door," Dholaki implanted a second core into himself to boost his power—a risky move that left him with only a 0.5% survival rate beyond one year. He's also the one who oversaw implanting Tatsuo's core back in the day, a detail revealed through flashbacks.
Dholaki has crossed paths with the drifters multiple times. Matsuri ran into him in the tower during her time in Psyren and barely escaped. Later, when Ageha returned to Psyren for the third time, Dholaki took it upon himself to confront the group. He pursued Ageha and Kabuto directly, but despite his power, lost the fight against Ageha's upgraded ability.
In the alternate future timeline, he appeared alongside Junas and Miroku during W.I.S.E.'s declaration of war. He eventually came back seeking revenge on Yoshina, sporting a robotic arm and shoulder to replace what he'd lost. His upgraded Explosia proved stronger than Ageha's Melchsee's Door, but ultimately Kyle killed him by destroying both his cores.
