Norba Shino
A veteran from CGS who stuck around with Tekkadan, mostly because he wanted to keep an eye on the younger members. He's the outfit's primary mechanic—the guy responsible for keeping their mobile weapons in working order. True to his role, he's pretty much always got grease on his hands and knows the ins and outs of their machines better than anyone else in the group.
