Reika
Reika's the type who won't let you forget she's got money. She's got this inflated superiority complex that shows up constantly—flaunting her wealth, looking down on her classmates, the whole package. It's pretty clear she mistakes having stuff for having actual status.
Her main companion is Kaori Shimakura, who basically just does whatever Reika wants without question. They're inseparable, though it's less a friendship and more Kaori being completely devoted to Reika's whims.
Most of the time, Reika comes across as annoying to Doremi and her friend group. Her lack of self-awareness is kind of the root of her problem—she genuinely doesn't realize that constantly bragging about money is exactly why people don't want to hang around her. Ironically, despite all that wealth, what she actually wants most is real friends. She just has no idea how to make them.
Things start shifting when Momoko Asuka transfers into Misora Elementary. The two eventually manage to form a genuine friendship, which is probably the first real connection Reika actually gets outside of Kaori's blind loyalty.
