Angelo
Angelo's criminal history spans decades. Convicted of robbery and rape at just 12 years old, he spent roughly 20 years locked up—establishing himself as one of Japan's most notorious offenders. In March 1994, he murdered three boys, crimes that finally caught the attention of Ryouhei Higashikata, who arrested him.
While imprisoned, Angelo obtained a Stand, apparently through a Bow and Arrow given to him by Keichou Nijimura. His execution by hanging in October should have been the end of it, but he survived and escaped two weeks later.
Once free, Angelo went on a brutal killing spree. His Stand allows him to force victims to drink a liquid form of himself, which he uses to tear their heads apart from the inside. He's also capable of possessing bodies to frame people for his crimes or carry out murders remotely. Fans often note that his combination of brutal violence and supernatural ability made him one of the series' most disturbing villains.
