Yasukichi
Yasukichi left Nerima as a kid, but the neighborhood clearly stuck with him. He came back with fond memories of Kasumi—the kind of crush you have when you're young and don't really understand what a crush is. Finding her still there was genuinely nice, at least at first. But when he tried reconnecting, it became obvious she had no idea who he was. Rather than push it or make things weird, he backed off, especially once he realized she and Dr. Tofu were a thing. It was probably the mature call, even if it wasn't the one he wanted to make.
