She runs Areishia Spirit Academy and personally recruited Kamito to transfer there, dangling a pretty compelling offer: she'd help him track down Restia, the spirit he originally made a contract with. The blade dance competition was the main draw—she wanted him competing in it, and the information about Restia was her bargaining chip to get him to say yes.
She clearly has connections and knows more about the spirit world than most people, which is part of why she was able to find Kamito and know exactly what would get his attention. Whether she was being entirely straight with him about what she knew is another question, but either way, she succeeded in getting him to enroll.
