He originally ran a traveling shop at the Clover Tower before settling down to open the Solitaire antique shop in Ougai, conveniently close to The Pig's Tail. He clearly knows more than he lets on about Pretty Cures and Trump Kingdom, but he's got a habit of dodging questions with a "who, me?" act.
