Noel serves as a sergeant in the CSGF and happens to be Fran Seeker's older sister. She's best known for working alongside the SSS as a support operative—mainly handling transport and briefing the team before they head out on CSGF-sanctioned missions. The party's crossed blades with her more than once too, usually when the higher-ups request some sparring practice. She favors a pair of orbal machine pistols in combat.
