Centipede is a member of the Sanmenroppi. He and Bubble Eye serve as security at the entrance when Hibaru and Terasu visit Ikebukuro Branch's Club Asura. The two stop Hibaru and Terasu from entering the club, due to them being too young. Another Sanmenroppi then calls them inside as a fight broke out. Centipede and Bubble Eye then go to stop the fight, but get beaten up. Kuran then steps in and beats the troublemakers.
