Zou is a loyal shinobi devoted to protecting the Hidden Leaf Village. He didn't get much screen time, but what we did see revealed a dedicated ninja—particularly in a moment where he was visibly upset about failing to protect Hiruzen during Orochimaru's assault on Konoha. Beyond that, his personality remains pretty understated.
