Ha Jinsung is a High Ranker from the Ha Family who's also deeply involved with FUG. He's best known for training two major players: he spent years coaching Karaka, and later took on Jue Viole Grace as a student. Jinsung was genuinely impressed by Viole's ability to copy techniques after seeing them just once—like, seriously impressed. He won't shut up about it either, constantly bragging to anyone who'll listen about how talented the kid is.
