Fubuki
Arashi's younger brother and a Major General in the OSF, Fubuki is a Septentrion with the ability to freeze and control ice. He grew up close to Karen and Luka, and was engaged to Alice before her transformation into an Other derailed everything.
When Karen started pushing past moral boundaries trying to save Alice, Fubuki couldn't stomach it. He sided with Yuito and Kasane instead, eventually convincing Karen to respect Alice's actual wishes rather than forcing his own solution. Their plan to shut down the Kunad Gate worked, but it came at a cost—Karen died in the process, sacrificing himself to save Alice. The catch: his death erased everyone's memories of him, including Fubuki's.
